# We're Hiring! Join Team Performx

We've got some *really* exciting things in the works over here and cannot wait to share more details soon... But, in the meantime, we could use your help.

Performx is expanding, and we're in search of a kick a\*\* physical therapist to join our team here in the Willamette Valley.

We're looking for someone who is:

- Active & passionate about pushing their body
- Loves working with motivated & active adults
- Eager to make a real difference
- *Bonus: They're interested in combat sports (wrestling, BJJ, kickboxing, etc) *

Our mission at Performx is simple: to improve lives, for our patients, as well as for ourselves and our team.

We pride ourselves on our unique approach – 1-on-1 sessions for a full hour, no insurance companies dictating the number of visits or type of care allowed. A full schedule for us means 30 patients a week (not a day 👎)!

This means that as a therapist you actually get to know your patients, and help them learn how to achieve lasting results, not just reach a "good enough" status to discharge.

But really, here's the best part, we get to work with awesome people. People who truly care about their health, pushing their bodies, and, in general, are doing pretty cool things.
