Today I wanted to quickly touch on something you're probably familiar with if you've seen us in Independence, Salem or virtually before - the i-3 model.
Here are the 3 I's - think of these leading to each other in a never-ending circular pattern 🔄
Most traditional physical therapy clinics focus solely on the injury & making the pain go away. Sounds great, right?
Unfortunately not. 👎 The issue here is that the cycle is not broken.
Those incomplete mechanics (the root cause) still exist, which means that before too long those incidents will crop up once again and injury is just around the corner.
At Performx in the Willamette Valley, our entire focus is on breaking the cycle. 💣
Our goal isn’t just pain relief; it’s fixing those incomplete mechanics so when you're better, you're better for good and have a skillset to stay that way.
That we get to work before the injuries - when you start to have the incidents.
Incidents are a sign that something isn't quite right and you're not operating at your optimal. You have incomplete mechanics.
The sooner we change those - the quicker you adapt, avoid injury, and the lengthy process involved in getting better.
Say goodbye to the cycle. Say hello to lasting well-being
