Relieve Back Pain with These Simple Exercises

Today, we’re sharing two effective exercises that can help alleviate that nagging ache and improve your overall well-being.

Exercise 1: Banded Hip Forward Fold

Why It Works: The banded hip forward fold targets your hamstrings, those crucial muscles at the back of your thighs. When your hamstrings are tight, they can pull on your lower back, leading to discomfort. By stretching them out, you’ll relieve pressure on your back and promote better posture.

How to Do It:

 

Exercise 2: Sciatic Nerve Floss

Why It Works: The sciatic nerve runs from your lower back down through your legs. When it gets irritated or compressed, it can cause shooting pain. The sciatic nerve floss helps release tension along the nerve pathway, providing relief.

How to Do It:
